Okay follow the steps

Step 1) Press Windows key + R to load RUN

 

Step 2) Type prefetch and hit enter.

Step 3) Select all files. To do that press Shift + A.

Step 4) Press Shift + Delete to delete all files there.

Step 5) Now again load RUN.

  

Step 6) Type %temp%   along with % and press enter.

Step 7) Step press shift + A to select all files.

Step 8) Press Shfit + delete to delete all files.

Now Close every thing and refresh

You will feel a huge difference between the performance before and after.
