HOW TO UNLOCK/BYPASS ICLOUD LOCK ON IPHONE 4

HOW TO UNLOCK/BYPASS ICLOUD LOCK ON IPHONE 4

This is a precise tutorial about how to unlock your iphone 4 that runs on ios 7.1.2 and is icloud locked.

Well here are some things we really need to know about before unlocking.

You might find many tutorials on unlocking of icloud locked phones but, most of them are incomplete and some don't really show you the real way to jail break. There are some tethered jailbreak for icloud bypassed phones  but trust me you don't wanna try them because you will have to connect your phone to your computer at every reboot.

All the mess of icloud is created by an app called setup.app which comes on your screen over the springboard and you can't access the springboard so eventually the phone cannot be used.

If one simply deletes setup.app. It solves your one problem you get to unlock your phone, but, you get a lot more problems. For example. You cannot jailbreak after deleting setup.app and also your phone has the problem of no service. Because setup.app is a necessary setup of your phone which you need to activate your phone initially. And after activation if you delete it, it causes no problem then.

I have found a way of unlocking the phone where you won't get locked after unlocking also you can jailbreak and enjoy a sim in your phone.

So follow the following steps

Step 1) Connect your iphone to your PC and turn it off.

Step 2) Put your iphone to DFU mode.

Step 3) After you hear the connecting sound, run SSH.jar and let it do its magic.

Step 4) After its has done its working it will say connect to localhost @ 2022, Then run WinSCP.

Step 5) In WinSCP in host type localhost and the port should be 2022, Username is root and password is alpine.

Step 6) Click connect and let it connect to your device.

Step 7) Now inside your phone to go the <root> folder. (MUST)

Step 8) Click on the terminal and type "mount.sh" without the inverted commas and press enter.

Step 9) Press enter or execute again to make sure its mounted.

Step 10) Go to the downloaded package and go to the lockdown folder, copy all its content and paste it into the <root>\mnt2\root\library\lockdown.

Step 11) Now inside the package go to the root folder and copy ".bootstrapped and .ibliterated. and paste it into <root>\mnts\root

Step 12) Go to library and then caches, copy its content and paste it itno <root>\mnt2\root\library\caches.

Step 13) This step depends upon whether you have a GSM phone or a CDMA. Confirm it and go to the respective folder. In my case its GSM. In  GSM\mnt1\applications\preferences copy the general.plist and paste it into <root>\mnt1\applications\preferences

Step 14) From Mnt2\root\library\lockdown copy the files and paste them into <root>\mnt2\root\library\lockdown

Step 15) Now refresh and close both the programs.

Step 16) Press and keep holding both home and power button and your phone will restart to recover mode.

Step 17) Use Tenorshare REiboot to kick it out of recovery
